Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope that you are all having a relaxing day. In the spirit of American over-consumption, here are some examples of people that really know how to play with their food.

St. Paul's Catherdral made out of Jello... and designed by Architects

This "City of Biscuits" was made by a Chinese artist who was concerned that all cities in Asia "look the same." I'd love to see some planners do this as a community charette... except the skyscrapers might lose a few floors every time there is a snack break!

Finally, a Venice made out of canned food in Toronto was done as part of a fundraiser for a local food bank.... very cool!

Happy Turkey Day!
