This design isn't just inspired by buildings, it's made out of old buildings, too! The artist, Catie Newell, completed this installation in conjuction with non-profit the
Imagination Station. She calls her structure a "Salvaged Landscape" because it's taken from old wood off a partially burned building in Detroit slated for demolition. The new space is being used to help promote community engagement in this blighted neighborhood of Detroit. What a fabulous piece of repurposed art!
